About The Position

This is a part-time position in the Post Closing Services department. The role involves assisting with daily tasks and learning the processes within Post Closing Services to gain a better understanding of the loan origination process within the Credit Union.

Requirements

• Must be professional, friendly and courteous at all times and in all interactions with branch personnel, co-workers, and third parties.
• Must have accurate typing skills and the ability to concentrate on required duties
• Must possess an independent work ethic as well as excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a “team” player and exemplify a helpful attitude to provide assistance to others as needed
• Must be able to cooperate and collaborate with co-workers.
• Must adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy set by management.
• Must be able to comprehend telephone calls.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Credit Union Post Closing policies and procedures
• Process incoming mail for originated and loan files and prepare for Imaging
• Complete audits on loan files
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management
