About The Position

This is a full-time, in-office role located in Duluth, GA. The Post Closing Specialist - Recording is responsible for reviewing and determining the accuracy of all files sent to the SOU - Recording team for recording. This role involves sending final escrow documents to the Lender, sending recorded documents to the client and lender, and preparing and building a manifest for document storage. The position also includes participating in learning and development activities, supporting OSN Markets, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
Experience in the closing/legal industry reviewing a variety of real estate documents
Ability to Accommodate the hours of 10am-6pm, Monday through Friday
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a time sensitive environment
Flexibility to shift focus throughout the day depending on market priorities
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Customer and client focus
Attention to detail
Organized and able to multitask
Good problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

BA/BS from an accredited institution preferred
