Lavior Pharma is seeking an experienced and highly connected Post-Acute Sales Representative with a proven background selling into LTACs, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, wound care centers, rehabilitation facilities, and post-acute care networks. This position is designed for a sales professional who already understands the post-acute healthcare market and brings an established book of business, active relationships, and proven access to decision makers. The ideal candidate has existing relationships with case managers, procurement leaders, directors of nursing, chief nursing officers, wound care directors, medical directors, discharge planners, and executive leadership across LTACs, SNFs, hospitals, and wound care centers. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by opening new accounts, expanding existing relationships, introducing Lavior’s wound and skin care product line, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers and post-acute facilities. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to navigate healthcare organizations, identify decision makers, build trust, and convert clinical interest into commercial adoption. The ideal candidate is not someone who needs to learn the market from the beginning. We are looking for a proven sales professional who already has access, credibility, and relationships in the post-acute and healthcare facility space. This person should be able to bring immediate value through their network, understand how to speak with clinical and purchasing teams, and know how to move a facility from interest to product adoption.
