About The Position

Requirements

• Hold an active RN or LPN license in Nebraska or a compact state.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain or improve residents’ physical and mental well-being.
• Know and follow the skin care policy and ensure preventative measures are used to maintain residents’ skin integrity.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians.
• Review and update each resident’s care plan as their condition or plan of care changes, and complete admission care plans in a timely manner.
• Complete prescribed treatments and ensure medications are administered on time, privately, and according to facility procedure.
