Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least four years relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with individuals and their support systems, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Deep understanding of behavioral health challenges.
  • Experience in therapeutic intervention techniques.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for tracking progress and documenting interventions effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability
  • Commitment to a humanistic and positive psychology approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work or another Human Services Field is preferred.
