Requirements

High school diploma
At least four years relevant experience
Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with individuals and their support systems, fostering trust and open communication.
Deep understanding of behavioral health challenges.
Experience in therapeutic intervention techniques.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for tracking progress and documenting interventions effectively.
Problem-solving abilities
Adaptability
Commitment to a humanistic and positive psychology approach.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work or another Human Services Field is preferred.
