About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and motivated POS Network Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for maintaining our technology infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring our specialized systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in Windows environments, basic networking, and hardware configuration, paired with a strong desire to learn unique, industry-specific technologies.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with Windows OS installation, configuration, and everyday troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP routing, Wi-Fi configuration, switches/routers).
• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Android (Droid) and iOS platforms.
• A proven ability to learn new systems quickly and thrive in a specialized industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience installing, configuring, or troubleshooting POS hardware/software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based workstations, printers, scanners, and other external peripherals.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and hardware deployment.
• Support and configure portable devices, including Android and iOS (iPhone) smartphones and tablets.
• Learn and maintain our industry-specific hardware and software platforms.
• Provide friendly, timely, and effective technical support to internal staff or clients.
