About The Position

Grieco Chevrolet of Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a Portfolio Specialist to join their dynamic and growing Sales Team. The role of the ideal candidate will be to manage and monetize the store's owner portfolio. This role works alongside the VIP Exchange Specialist to structure and close vehicle exchange opportunities from the service drive and equity mining, and absorbs overflow opportunities from the sales floor. This is a senior role, acting as the closer on the service-to-sales lane.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a dealership or showroom setting.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Must be willing to take on any other duties assigned.
• Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required.
• Must have a willing to learn mentality.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with the VIP Exchange Specialist on the prior-day target plan: review the mined opportunities, validate deal structures and own the close on presented exchanges.
• Take the handoff at the demo stage - structure the deal, present numbers and deliver the unit.
• Work the owner portfolio directly through automotiveMastermind: equity positions, maturing leases, warranty expirations and high-mileage owners not currently in the service lane.
• Handle sales floor overflow during peak traffic and cover unassigned opportunities so no up goes unworked.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of portfolio customers with scheduled recurring touchpoints through eLEADS.
• Log all activity and outcomes in eLEADS same day: every portfolio touch is tracked.
