About The Position

Responsible for assisting the Credit Administration Manager in preparing reports; maintaining and controlling credit files and related information; coordinating work with other personnel within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the credit function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports. This role involves assisting in the preparation of reports related to monitoring the Bank's loan portfolio, distributing these reports, and maintaining credit files by gathering financial information and assisting with the Bank's financial statement tracking system and loan covenant/annual review monitoring reports. Ancillary duties are supportive in nature and may be altered depending on individual circumstances.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Specialized banking education and training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient interpersonal relations skills
  • Proficient analytical skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Proficient PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ related experience

  • Performing tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
