About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Portfolio Operations Manager in Texas. This position will serve as a dedicated operational resource and strategic partner responsible for improving execution, accountability, consistency, and performance across an assigned portfolio. This role supports Regional Portfolio Managers by providing hands-on community support, implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, assisting with property transitions, supporting lease-up and staffing needs, preparing for audits and compliance reviews, and helping address operational challenges that impact property performance. Travel may be up to 50%, depending on portfolio location and business needs.

Requirements

Multi-site property management experience
Ability to supervise and lead a team
Financial analysis/budget knowledge
Self-motivated and self-directed
Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent verbal and organizational skills
Budget and financial reporting knowledge
Five or more years of property management experience
Bachelor's degree from a four- year college or university
