About The Position

Weaver is looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our growing team. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for constructing, managing, and monitoring client investment portfolios across public markets and alternative investments. This role partners closely with Wealth Advisors to deliver customized investment solutions, support client conversations, and ensure portfolios align with each client’s objectives, risk profile, suitability requirements, and financial plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience in portfolio management, investment research, or wealth management
  • Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management
  • Experience with alternative investments
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with portfolio management systems

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • CFA, CAIA, CFP®, or progress toward one of these designations preferred
  • Experience in an RIA or high-net-worth wealth management environment preferred
  • Strong relationship management and practice development skills
  • Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
