Your role in our mission: Program Leadership & Strategy: Define program goals, success metrics, and long-term strategy in partnership with business and technical stakeholders. Translate organizational objectives into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans. Coordinate multiple related projects to ensure alignment and cohesive delivery. Execution & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs from initiation through completion. Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet program requirements and standards. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication across engineering, operations, business, and leadership teams. Lead steering committee updates, program reviews, and executive reporting. Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across diverse groups. Risk, Issue & Change Management: Identify, evaluate, and track risks, dependencies, and blockers. Lead problem resolution efforts with urgency and clarity. Drive change management activities and ensure adoption of new processes or technologies. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across programs, processes, and tools. Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models to improve execution consistency. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure program outcomes.
