About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Dallas. In this role, you’ll make an impact by independently managing a significant amount of assets within the client’s investment policy guidelines. You will direct a significant portion of assets under management (AUM), and oversee larger or more complex relationships/accounts that are strategic to the region. You will meet with clients and new business prospects to communicate investment strategy, discuss market performance, and review current market conditions. You will also evaluate and articulate investment performance and make timely portfolio adjustments to meet investment objectives and allocation guidelines. Additionally, you will participate in investment committee responsibilities, contributing to the development of policies and strategies to improve portfolio performance. Finally, you will make informed business decisions based on stakeholder input, data, and key performance indicators to support client retention and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of total work experience preferred, with over 10 years of investment experience preferred for candidates holding advanced portfolio management designations such as CFA, CIMA, or MBA.
  • Applicable local or regional licenses and certifications as required by the business.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior investment professionals.
