Requirements

2+ years of property management experience, ideally across multiple properties.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build strong, effective teams.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Affordable housing experience preferred (e.g., Section 8, LIHTC, or similar programs).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across the Downtown Portland properties, including leasing, pricing, compliance, and maintenance.
Manage and mentor leasing, administrative, and maintenance staff to help them hit goals and grow professionally.
Manage NOI, financial reporting, and Section 8 paperwork with precision and care.
Identify opportunities for improvement and lead light rehab projects as needed.
Partner with our accounting team, senior leaders, and vendors to deliver consistent results.
