The PCB Portfolio Manager will be responsible for day-to-day responsibilities including loan portfolio monitoring, providing client & advisor support, risk management, and compliance & reporting. This role involves providing operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols, tracking loan performance, covenant compliance, and financial health. The manager will act as the main point of contact for routine inquiries, modifications, and loan restructuring. Key functions include mitigating credit risk, analyzing portfolio metrics, and managing the collections process or work-outs for delinquent accounts, ensuring the portfolio adheres to internal lending policies and external regulatory/investor requirements. The role also requires preparing moderately complex documents, gathering and summarizing data for reports, and creating a local document management system. Building effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contributing to the management of the partnering relationship is essential, delivering high-quality professional services. Finding effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries, following procedures and precedents, and using data management systems to access specific information are also part of the role. The position requires developing knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures, relevant regulatory codes, and codes of conduct. Obtaining authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure is necessary. The role also emphasizes developing personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, and training, as well as staying updated on relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.
