About The Position

As a Fuel Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of Fuel Contract Managers within the Asia Fuel Delivery organization to ensure customers receive fuel contract deliverables in accordance with planned schedules while developing and achieving the target business plan objectives for Revenue, EBIDTA, Cash Flow and Orders Entered. You will report to the Director of Asia Fuel Delivery and will be located at Columbia, SC. This position requires travel throughout the US and Asia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business related discipline.
  • 10+ years' related experience required, including working knowledge of business operations.
  • Previous experience influencing and coordinating activities across multiple organizations; engage others across international Business Units
  • Experience making effective business decisions that balance customer requests and product line capabilities
  • Experience negotiating with customers to ensure their needs are met while protecting Westinghouse's interest

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Nuclear environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage fuel customer relationships and interface with internal team members (Account Teams, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations) to ensure Fuel Delivery attributes of the contracts are to organizational standards of Safety, Quality and OTIFWC
  • Lead the Fuel Offer input process for fuel hardware related contract extension opportunities including defining contractual related changes, working with Product Management on product offering, development of cost basis and recommended pricing.
  • Provide fuel customer demand input and contractual information to the business planning process to establish business plan goals through collaboration with Finance and Global SIOP.
  • Ensure Cash Flow goals are achieved by managing the contract invoicing process to provide on time and accurate invoices.
  • Provide leadership for a group of Fuel Contract Managers to ensure execution of fuel-related contract(s) to organizational standards of Safety, Quality and OTIFWC.
  • Support the account team in contract negotiations and provide leadership for a group of Fuel Contract Managers to ensure execution of fuel-related contract(s) to organizational standards of Safety, Quality and OTIFWC.
  • Support new product development, implementation and customer acceptance by identifying customer needs and obtaining schedule on product feature transition.
