About The Position

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager / Agile Coach who will help drive strategic initiatives while enabling teams to adopt and mature agile ways of working. This role blends portfolio management, agile coaching, delivery leadership, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable partnering with senior executives on investment planning and governance as they are coaching delivery teams to improve flow, predictability, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience

  • Experience supporting Risk, Compliance, Fraud, AML, GRC, Regulatory, Audit, or operational risk technology initiatives.
  • Strong financial management and technology investment planning experience.

  • Agile certifications (SAFe, SPC, ICP-ACC, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technology investment portfolios, aligning strategic initiatives with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance leaders to prioritize investments, optimize resource allocation, and drive delivery of critical business outcomes.
  • Facilitate portfolio governance, executive reviews, roadmap planning, and prioritization sessions to ensure alignment across stakeholders and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio health, risks, dependencies, delivery metrics, and financial performance across multiple programs and agile teams.
  • Drive capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial management activities to support effective investment decision making.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and delivery outcomes to provide data-driven insights that improve planning, execution, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on Agile, Lean, and product-centric delivery practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including quarterly planning, retrospectives, dependency management sessions, reviews, and strategic planning workshops.
  • Promote Agile maturity by implementing best practices that improve delivery predictability, quality, flow efficiency, and customer value realization.
  • Identify, escalate, and remove organizational impediments and delivery risks that impact team performance and program success.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Technology Leaders, Business Partners, and Delivery Teams to align priorities, outcomes, and execution strategies.
  • Drive adoption of Agile metrics, portfolio analytics, and performance measurement frameworks to support transparency and informed decision making.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, supporting modernization efforts, regulatory compliance programs, risk reduction strategies, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support workforce planning, vendor management, resource optimization, and funding allocation to maximize portfolio value and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders, using strong influencing, communication, facilitation, and change management skills to drive alignment and successful delivery of strategic objectives.
