About The Position

The Client Interfaces Portfolio Delivery Manager drives delivery excellence, governance, planning, and operational transparency across the Client Interfaces portfolio. Working closely with Product Managers and Owners, Engineering Leads, Tribe Leadership, the EPMO, Finance, and other stakeholders, this role ensures initiatives are planned, governed, tracked, and delivered effectively. It combines portfolio management expertise with working knowledge of machine-to-machine client interaction technologies, including APIs, messaging, streaming, file transfer, connectivity, onboarding, and client integration platforms. The role acts as the primary liaison between the EPMO lead and Client Interfaces Platform, coordinating platform-wide planning and leadership reporting. It provides the Tribe Lead and Product Management team with actionable portfolio insights and recommendations, and helps ensure investments produce measurable outcomes while meeting enterprise governance and delivery standards. The successful candidate will coordinate portfolio governance and financial reporting; facilitate quarterly business and operating reviews; manage portfolio metrics, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and delivery health; support planning, investment reviews, and business cases; maintain operating procedures and governance frameworks; and prepare, synthesize, and present executive communications. The position also requires sufficient knowledge of the Client Interfaces ecosystem—including connectivity and onboarding, API enablement, cyber resilience and recovery, client communications and data exchange, and network connectivity services—to understand portfolio priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
