  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering organizations on pilot programs and beta rollouts, influencing the Agentforce core roadmap with field insights.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop technical and strategic builders, driving technical excellence and career growth.
  • Monitor key delivery metrics, coach teams on optimization, and manage complex customer escalations to ensure rapid deployment from sketch to deployable.
  • Serve as the final technical escalation point for the portfolio, maintaining deep architectural judgment across the Salesforce platform, LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
  • Guide enterprise implementations by unblocking complex data readiness, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration challenges.
  • Assess customer technical readiness, remove deployment barriers, and codify standardized, repeatable delivery methodologies.
  • Build and anchor strong executive-level relationships within the customer portfolio to ensure Agentforce activation, rollout, and sustained production value.
