The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Portfolio Leader, Semiconductor Materials, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Driving strategy and portfolio direction for advanced semiconductor materials Leading and aligning a global, cross‑functional team operating across multiple time zones including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas Consulting with the leadership team to set and execute long‑term strategic direction and operating plans for complex markets and product lines. Developing business strategies and creating solutions for highly complex, multi‑faceted challenges. Providing marketing leadership across customer insights, economic analysis, market research, new product introductions, strategic planning, integrated communications, pricing, and CRM strategy and platform design. Ensuring the application of appropriate marketing principles and establishing standards and performance measures for assigned business areas or product lines. Planning, organizing, and directing all marketing activities and policies across multiple disciplines, including market research, channel/product marketing, digital, business/market development, branding, pricing, new product introduction, price maintenance, deviated pricing, bids and quotes, business agreements, merchandising, price optimization, analytics, accrual management, and rebates. Coaching and developing team members to optimize pricing, merchandising, processes, CRM utilization, sales processes, sales operations analytics, and customer insights. Leading strategic growth initiatives for assigned business areas. Serving at the Management Operations Committee or Leadership Team level for large, complex international subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Twelve (12) years of semiconductor/ or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Five (5) years of experience in a P&L leadership role managing teams of at least ten (10) members in a private, public, government or military environment

Nice To Haves

  • MBA and Master's degree in chemical engineering, material science or related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Experience leading a portfolio of products totaling over $200 Million
  • Experience setting strategy and vision for organizations of over 20 product managers
  • Experience leading a global team spanning multiple time-zones, with an emphasis on APAC market
  • More than Fifteen (15) years of semiconductor/ or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Strategic leadership with strong decision‑making capability
  • Executive‑level communication and stakeholder influence
  • Coaching, developing, and inspiring high‑performing teams
