Action Property Management, a leading HOA management company with a four-decade legacy, is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to join their Orange County team. This hybrid role, based out of the Irvine corporate office, involves managing 4-7 communities with dedicated support from various departments. The goal is to provide exceptional service, expertise, and knowledge that exceeds client expectations. Requirements

3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment.
Evening availability for Board meetings.
Ability to travel to and from property for in-person meetings when needed.
Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective presentation skills.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Manage 4-7 communities.
Focus on key objectives to offer superior service, expertise, and knowledge.
Attend Board meetings in the evening.
Travel to properties for in-person meetings as needed.
Follow up on all issues in a timely manner.
