Requirements
- Proven leadership in hospitality and shift management.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage programs, and inventory systems.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement operational improvements.
- Skilled in training, coaching, and developing bar team members.
- Commitment to health and safety compliance and cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration with leadership and marketing teams.
- Experience in managing social media content and guest engagement strategies.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Crunchtime, Steritech, and brand standards assessments is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead a great shift by ensuring exceptional hospitality and team support.
- Foster a culture of guest loyalty and team care using the success triangle.
- Oversee daily bar operations and beverage program execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Monitor daily/weekly sales goals and guest count targets.
- Staff and train bar team members, including hospitality leaders.
- Manage bar uniform program and training platforms.
- Facilitate ongoing beverage education and menu rollout communication.
- Promote a positive, energetic, and rewarding work environment.
