About The Position

We’re looking for a Portfolio Associate to join our BMW team and become the friendly face behind our customers’ ownership journey. This role is all about keeping our BMW family connected — from the first mile to the next exciting adventure. You’ll help customers stay engaged, informed, and excited about their BMW experience while creating lasting relationships that keep them coming back for years to come.

Requirements

Automotive experience preferred — experience in automotive sales, customer service, or luxury retail is a plus!
You’re outgoing, positive, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
You know how to create conversations that build trust and lasting relationships.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy staying engaged, organized, and productive.
You’re organized, dependable, and take pride in following through.
You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a “make it happen” attitude.
You’re self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong follow-up habits that keep customers connected.
You appreciate luxury, attention to detail, and the experience behind the BMW brand.
Bilingual skills are preferred and valued in creating exceptional customer connections.
You have a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

Own the customer journey by managing the entire portfolio, including lease-end opportunities, retail customers, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) expirations, equity positions, warranty milestones, and maintenance reminders.
Be the trusted BMW connection by reaching out, checking in, and creating meaningful conversations with our valued clients.
Help drive customer loyalty and achieve our 68% loyalty goal by delivering an experience customers can’t wait to return to.
Guide customers through lease returns and inspections with confidence, professionalism, and a smile.
Deliver vehicles and paperwork, as needed, ensuring every handoff feels like a BMW moment.
Jump in and support the Sales Team when needed, including vacations, illnesses, and busy seasons.
Partner with the Business Office by assisting with paperwork, customer documents, and administrative tasks.
Keep customer information updated and organized using dealership systems and CRM tools.
Spot opportunities to create repeat customers, referrals, and lifelong BMW enthusiasts.
