Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to successfully complete a motor vehicle (MVR), background, and drug screen.
- Track record of driving exceptional customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a porter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with automotive service processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their vehicle needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive.
- Move vehicles as directed by service advisors and management.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for customer pickup.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department.
