About The Position

This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the buildings, grounds, and equipment are in good working order. Key responsibilities include regular inspections, performing repairs on various systems, conducting preventive maintenance, installing and assembling equipment, documenting work, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with other staff and external contractors.

Requirements

• Ability to inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Skills in repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and machinery.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to install and assemble equipment, appliances, and building components.
• Proficiency in maintaining records of work performed.
• Understanding of local and state building codes and company safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, vendors, and other maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues or potential hazards.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and machinery.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
