About The Position
LV Petroleum is seeking reliable and hardworking Porters to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is an advantage.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize public areas including restrooms, entryways, and break rooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets in all designated areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Assist in minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any facility issues to management.
- Set up and dismantle furniture or equipment for events or meetings as needed.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers and staff.
