About The Position
The Porter supports the Service Advisor's ability to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the service department and to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Porter is focused on the success and flow of the front counter. The general scope includes, but is not limited to: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. In the technician role, associate is an important associate within the shop, focused on ensuring first time quality diagnostics and repairs in addition to utilizing skills and knowledge to keep our customers safe on the road.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current, valid driver’s license
- At least six months of experience in retail customer relations or customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and phone skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Detail orientated

Responsibilities
- Transport customers as needed.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Compile and store scrap metal for disposal
- Sanitize restrooms, including cleaning toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and restocking supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.
- Maintain reception area, shop area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, etc.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of needed restocks.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly
- Report any damages, security concerns, or maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
