About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Porter to maintain Aspire at Church Street in Norfolk, Virginia, and Lexington Reserve in Portsmouth, Virginia. The Porter helps ensure the grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings at both communities meet high standards for cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety. The role also involves noticing and reporting potential concerns, interacting professionally and positively with residents, and providing excellent customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to travel between the communities. One to three months of related experience is preferred; experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a bonus. The job offers quarterly raise opportunities after the first 90 days, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Criminal background and drug screenings are conducted.

Requirements
