Requirements

- 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Driver's License required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus

- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
- Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
