About The Position
Schochet is currently seeking a Part Time Porter at Hampton Court in Northampton, MA. Hampton Court in Northampton is a 77- unit family apartment community with 8 commercial spaces.
Requirements
- Must live within 30 minutes of Northampton for rotating on-call.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have own transportation.
Responsibilities
- Complete the final cleaning of an apartment during the unit turn-over process.
- Trash room maintenance and property trash removal.
- Cleaning hallways (Sweeping mopping, vacuuming, windows, etc).
- Delivery notices to each unit as requested by property management.
- Light maintenance.
- Cleaning the leaves off the drain and exterior stairs.
- Assist maintenance and/or property management staff by providing outside vendors with access to apartment units.
- Walk the property daily collecting trash and replacing burned out light bulbs as needed.
Benefits
- $150 premium paid for all week’s that you are on-call
- Paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time.
