About The Position
LR Associates, LLC is a veteran-owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission. We are seeking a Full-Time Porter, (1st Shift 7:00AM-3:00PM) to provide cleaning services for our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude.
Requirements
- US citizens
- Possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance
- Minimum of two years of cleaning experience
- Six months of floor buffing experience required
Responsibilities
- Buffing the floors
- Performing cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning the lobby area, hallways and bathrooms
- Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refilling all paper products, clean kitchen/break areas
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers
