PORTER
About The Position
The Porter is responsible for moving cars between the dealership’s display area, workshop, storage facility, and the pick-up point. This role requires responsible driving and handling of all cars to ensure damage prevention and protection of dealership property. The Porter will also be responsible for accounting for all cars on the lot and ensuring the cleanliness of their interiors and exteriors. Additionally, the role involves assisting with keeping the lot clean and tidy, running dealership errands off-site, and performing basic maintenance tasks. The Porter will also be expected to perform other duties as requested by the Lot Manager.

- Must know how to drive manual transmission.
Responsibilities
- Moving cars between the dealership’s display area, workshop, storage facility, and the pick-up point.
- Driving and handling all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership property at all times.
- Accounting for all cars on the lot.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of cars on the lot.
- Providing assistance with keeping the lot clean and tidy at all times.
- Driving off-site to run dealership errands when required.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries and filling up on gas, oil, and other fluids.
- Performing any and all other items not here listed but requested by the Lot Manager.
