About The Position

Fidelity Investments invites a dedicated Porter / Dishwasher to join our motivated team in Boston, MA. You will serve an essential function in our Specialty Dining Program, ensuring the kitchen and service spaces remain spotless and well-organized. Your proactive attitude and focus on detail will influence the efficiency and achievements of our culinary efforts! Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

Requirements

Working knowledge of commercial dishwashing and warewashing equipment.
Proven ability to inspect and ensure the quality and freshness of all incoming products.
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively within a group setting.
Embrace and adapt to change in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential guest information.
Working knowledge of first in first out inventory process.

Responsibilities

Serve an essential function in our Specialty Dining Program, ensuring the kitchen and service spaces remain spotless and well-organized.
Support culinary management with basic mise en place tasks.
Inspect and ensure the quality and freshness of all incoming products.
Label, date, and store products accurately.
Work closely with both front and back of house teams to sustain perfect preparation and quality of our dishes.
