This specific role is for a full-time Porter at The Gables at Lakeside, a multi-family apartment community in Kissimmee, FL.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Applicable Work History
1 + years of experience in residential property maintenance is preferred.
Experience with pressure washing, basic painting and general housekeeping.
Demonstrates integrity on a personal and professional level.
Ability to solve problems involving maintenance, safety, and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Vacuums all common area carpet and tile floors daily.
Performs touch-up cleaning of laundry rooms daily.
Cleans all glass in the vestibules of all buildings daily.
Cleans all common area restrooms daily.
Sweeps all stairwells weekly.
Vacuums, sweeps, and dusts all Community Rooms weekly.
Cleans trash rooms and trash cans weekly.
Vacuums and dusts all offices weekly.
Cleans all windows in the building inside and out, twice per year.
Cleans all common area carpeting, twice per year.
Maintains the inventory of all cleaning products.
Maintains all cleaning equipment and ensures they are serviced at appropriate times.
Assists in the cleaning of vacant units.
Assists in other items as needed, such as landscaping, minor maintenance items, grounds maintenance, painting, and being available for emergency situations.
