About The Position

CCMC, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities, is seeking a Porter. This active adult (+55) community association has extensive lifestyle and fitness programming, extensive open space, a trail system, and a centerpiece community recreation facility. Porters perform a wide range of cleaning tasks on property, keeping all community common areas in pristine condition, ready to welcome homeowners and guests.

Requirements

High school diploma
Janitorial experience
Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Effective communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 40 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license and current vehicle liability insurance
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Assisting the maintenance team with small projects
Changing lightbulbs and other miscellaneous tasks as directed
Mopping floors, hosing walkways, and sweeping
Maintaining and emptying garbage bins
Performing a wide array of janitorial duties
Extending top-notch service to residents and guests
