Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, leasing offices, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces
Keep building entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds clean and free of debris
Sweep, scrub, mop, and pressure wash community walkways and common areas
Collect and properly dispose of trash and recycling throughout the property
Clean windows, doors, walls, and other interior and exterior surfaces
Assist with apartment turnover cleaning and move-in preparation as needed
Replace light bulbs and assist with other light maintenance tasks
Participate in seasonal property upkeep, including snow removal and salting walkways
Report property damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to the Service Manager
Assist the maintenance team with property upkeep and other tasks as needed
