About The Position

The Porter is responsible for cleaning, moving, and maintaining vehicles, and assisting the Sales and Service Departments. This role contributes to customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and quality service, including customer valet service and ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed before delivery. The Porter must also interact effectively with various dealership departments, maintain a positive attitude, and handle pressure by staying composed and maintaining high performance levels under changing priorities and deadlines. Additionally, the role involves managing complexity by focusing on priority work, maintaining stock of cleaning materials, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The Porter must also adhere to health and safety procedures, use basic math skills, complete forms accurately, and understand dealership business objectives.

  • One year experience in automotive environment
