About The Position
Clinton Management is a full-service property management company providing comprehensive property management services for a broad property portfolio that currently consists of approximately 3,000 residential units, as well as commercial, retail and parking garages. Founded in 2002, Clinton Management manages the expanding portfolio of developments created by Douglaston Development and constructed by Levine Builders. The company oversees a broad portfolio of moderate income housing, luxury apartments, commercial, and retail properties. Each affiliate company works together to cohesively acquire property, develop it to its full potential, and manage it efficiently, assuring that each investment achieves and maintains maximum value and profitability while strengthening the community in which the assets are located. Clinton Management is looking for a highly motivated and engaged Porter to join one of their Brooklyn properties.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
- Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
- Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
- Maintain exterior areas
- Collect and sort trash
- Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
- Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
