About The Position

Work with the Bear Property Management team to maintain the cleanliness of our stunning property, The Mariner, located in St. Francis.

Keeping vacant units fresh (weekly)
Clean models to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of windows, cleaning of countertops and appliances, removal of cobwebs
Clean unit turns to prepare for new tenant as directed by Lead Maintenance Technician
Sweeping, mopping, cleaning of fountain, doors, windows, removal of cobwebs in hallways
Cleaning of community room including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, blinds, dusting, cleaning furniture, windows, doors, removing cobwebs, cleaning of kitchen and appliances
Daily cleaning of fitness center to maintain an inviting healthy environment, including wiping down machines, changing wipes, dusting, and emptying garbage
Cleaning of leasing office including vacuuming, dusting, windows, blinds, cleaning desk and conference room, countertops, removal of cobwebs, and removal of trash
Daily cleaning of bathrooms to maintain an inviting healthy environment, including toilet cleaning, replacing soap, toilet paper refill, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning mirrors, faucets, stalls, and lockers
Exterior property cleaning (weekly)
