About The Position
HallKeen Management has an opening for a full-time Porter position to assist in maintenance duties at Palmetto on West, Clearwater, FL. Hours: Full time positions from 7am - 4:00pm.
Requirements
- Good work ethic
- Self starter
- Able to do the job to completion with little supervision
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of common areas, dumpster areas and grounds
- Cleaning of vacant apartments
- Daily paper pickup
- Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting areas
- Customer service and good communication skills
