Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, pushing, and moving items as needed.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in a custodial or maintenance role is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
Ensure trash and recycling bins are emptied and maintained throughout the facility.
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, reporting larger issues to the appropriate maintenance personnel.
Support event setups and breakdowns, handling furniture and equipment as needed.
Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when replenishments are needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee and customer inquiries and assisting where necessary.
Follow safety and health guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free workplace.
