About The Position

Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in all assigned areas including lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. This involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors, as well as dusting surfaces and cleaning windows. The role also includes transporting trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas, setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings, events, or special functions, and assisting with moving furniture, equipment, and deliveries throughout the facility. Light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting facility issues to management are also part of the job. The Porter is responsible for replenishing cleaning and restroom supplies and supporting team members and other departments with facility-related needs.
