Requirements

High School Diploma / GED, or equivalent work experience.
<1 year of required prior experience in working on a commercial or multi-unit residential property.

Responsibilities

Cleans offices, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
Wet- or dry-mops floors, shampoos rugs, washes walls and glass, removes rubbish, pressure washes, and removes gum and graffiti.
Makes minor repairs, performs painting and carpentry, replenishes bathroom supplies, and handles landscaping and snow removal.
Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Replaces light bulbs.
Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
Sets up tables and chairs in auditoriums, meeting rooms, or halls.
