About The Position
As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements
- One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
- Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
- Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
- Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
