About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join one of our Brooklyn properties. Clinton Management is a full service property management company providing comprehensive property management services for a broad property portfolio that currently consists of approximately 3,000 residential units, as well as commercial, retail and parking garages. In 2002, Clinton Management was founded to manage the expanding portfolio of developments created by Douglaston Development and constructed by Levine Builders. Clinton Management oversees a broad portfolio of moderate income housing, luxury apartments, commercial, and retail properties. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
- Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
- Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
- Maintain exterior areas
- Collect and sort trash
- Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
- Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
