About The Position

Join Our Team as a Community-Focused part-time Porter in New Port Richey, FL! This is a part-time position at The Gallery at Trinity, a 288-unit residential community. The hours are Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License required

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 months of related experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
