About The Position
LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Logistics Support; Facilities Management (Operations & Maintenance); Program Management; and Security & Intelligence solutions. We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide-array of technical disciplines. We are seeking a Full-Time Porter to provide cleaning services for our government customer in Pine Bluff, Ar. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude.
Requirements
- US citizens
- Minimum of two years of cleaning experience
- Six months of floor buffing experience, preferred but not required

- Six months of floor buffing experience
Responsibilities
- Buffing floors
- Performing cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and cleaning the lobby area, hallways, and bathrooms
- Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refilling all paper products, and cleaning kitchen/break areas
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers
