About The Position

In this position, your main responsibilities will include: Maintaining the internal cleanliness of the community including high dusting and cleaning of light fixtures, cleaning behind appliances. Exterior related tasks such as pressure washing, landscaping / hardscaping as needed. Scrubbing/mopping hard floor surfaces and cleaning carpeted surfaces. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste. Keeping the trash rooms clean. Assist the operations team with removing items left behind in empty apartments. Delivery of heavy objects/packages.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, ladders, and any other equipment necessary for the cleanliness of the community.
Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
Ability to be flexible and honor other requests from residents or departments that can be completed in the allotted time.
Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents in the event of an emergency.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in carpet and hard floor care is a plus but not required.
