About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our culinary team. This dual-role position is essential in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly by assisting in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness. The Porter will assist with the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring all food items are prepared in a timely manner to meet service needs. They will also maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards, collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff, wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, assist in cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment, and dispose of trash and recycling according to facility guidelines. The role ensures the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Up-to-date Clark County health card.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred, but not required.
