As a Senior Porter, your essential job functions include: Being responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to meet our company’s quality standards. This includes both the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring that each car is presented in pristine condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license
• All applicants being considered for employment must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Use appropriate cleaning products and tools for each task, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Report any damage or issues to Management immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Porter is responsible for the transporting of cars to and from locations
• Deliver vehicles in a courteous and professional manner
• Drive locally or out of area as needed, following all traffic signals and rules of the road
• May be asked to perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned
• Maintain regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors as needed
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and floor mats.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
• Other Duties as Assigned
