About The Position

As a Porter, you will transport company vehicles to and from local lots, as well as assist with other miscellaneous tasks or projects that are crucial for day-to-day operations. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

Requirements

• Valid Chauffer's License with an adequate driving record.
• Ability to pass the MVR check.
• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles to and from local lots.
• Transport disposed vehicles to auction lots.
• Install license plates on vehicles.
• Drop off and pick up dealer repairs.
• Lightly detail and gas up assigned vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections on turned-in vehicles.
• Sweep the yard, and look for cars in the aisle to put in the correct location.
• Do a final inspection to make sure the vehicle is empty and clean for clients’ use.
